i am an international student.i am applying for fall 2015.i applied for financial aid.for that i need to work on my CSS profile.i am really confused about it.whats this CSS profile?what kind of financial papers do i need to collect from my father?how to submit?do i need to upload the original scanned copy of those documents or the photocopy?do i need to attest them?

The CSS Profile is submitted online, and payment for submission by credit card. You create an account with the College Board, and complete the Profile online.
You will need very accurate information about your parent income in 2014…all of it. You will need to have 2014 tax information if your country has taxes. You will need to know the exact values in regular checking and savings accounts. You will need to know the equity in your home (value minus mortgage). You will need the values of any investments.
You will also need info about any income you had in 2014.
You need to look on the college websites. Some schools require additional forms and submissions for financial aid consideration. Look to see what needs to be submitted and for the deadlines.
