Math 10B vs Stats 20

Hello to everyone. I hope your holidays are going well. As the tile suggests, I am havin. A hard time deciding whether to take stats 20 and math 10b. i started my undergrad yes as a math major and have taken math 54, math 55, math 53, and Math 1B. It wasn’t until I started taking upper division classes that I realized pure math is not for me. Since then I have discovered my passion for school psychology. However, if I want to have a shot to grad school, I need to raise my GPA since upper division math classes destroyed my GPA. In addition, this semester would be my second to last, so I want to have some fun and review the concepts that kept me engage during high school and my first semester at Cal. if I were to take Math 10B, then I would only be eligible for 2 units since I have taken Math 55. How does that work and would it be beneficial?

It is probably more worthwhile for you to take a statistics course rather than a course which duplicates what you have already learned. Consider Statistics 131A, or even 134 and 135, since you have more than enough of the math prerequisites for it.
