How is math major at Amherst recognized in comparison to that of Harvey Mudd
Harvey Mudd is a science/math/engineering oriented school. Math will feature more majors, courses, and resources at Harvey Mudd vs. Amherst. That s not to say that math is worthwhile at Amherst; it is still a decent department, but if you’re looking for the school with a stronger reputation for math, Harvey Mudd will be the better choice.
