Hello I am currently an incoming high school sophomore taking AP calculus AB. I am currently one of the only(if there are any others) students taking this class as a sophomore and I am in a very competitive school. This summer I plan on taking Calc 2 at my local state college and then calc 3 my Junior year and then finish off with differential equations my senior year. Would this stand our to colleges when I am applying?
Yes, it would stand out. Winning some awards in math competitions would further prove your ability in that subject.
You may want to also take linear algebra and (if you have interest in a major in math or computer science) discrete math.
Note that, at many colleges, calculus 3, differential equations, linear algebra, and discrete math may be taken in any order after completing calculus 2. So you have some flexibility in choosing courses to work around scheduling issues (e.g. if calculus 3 is not offered at any convenient times, you can take one of the other courses, then take calculus 3 in a later semester).
