Math Classes I should take?

Then just take PreCalc in the summer and take Calculus AB/BC in 11th grade. From there, take local CC classes, such as Linear Algebra/Diff. Equations and Calculus III.

Volunteer or something in the summer instead of taking math.

Edit: Agree with mistervert.

Forget it, it was wait too long.

Though thanks guys for the information, I will be sure to take note of what you guys just said.

misterver I always liked math, I just found a way to advance myself in other classes, though I did see kids that are a year advance and have D’s on there report cards, but I choose to not make the same mistake as they do and actually study (unlike them).

Also thanks for the links.

I strongly suggest taking trig before precalc. Also try not to rush because u can forget a lot of it by the time u start applying calculus. Btw u take ab before bc.

I took trig precalc and calc ab by the end of freshman yr. Then i finished the calc series in sopho yr and took linear alg in fall sem of junior yr.
Then i took a break so i can take differential eqns at the end of my senior year.
Im took a physics class and an engineering class and i realized i forgot a lot of it.
It’s also really difficult to help my friends in calc since it has been more than a year.

Honestly Precalc is definitely doable over the summer and then AP Calc your Junior year(what I’m doing right now) I don’t know how vast your knowledge is but if you really love math and have your **** down, Calc is actually pretty fun and not at all distressing. I really enjoy 2nd period(AP Calc for me) everyday just because I like math so much. As for after AP calc I plan on taking calc 3 with stanford online high school and then going straight into discrete math because that is where a lot of my true interest lie. I really advise you don’t skip any courses altogether though, you really should have all the basics on lock if you are looking to persure the higher echelon of mathematics
