Math classes to fulfill gen ed. requirements

Can anyone tell me, given the choice of Mathematics in Society, Statistics w/Exploratory Data Analysis, or Intro To Mathematical Modeling, which is the least painful or has proven to actually be useful to a non math/sci major?

*Side note: has anyone managed to take a bridge course before a first philosophy/ethics course? (I know it's verboten, but they sound soooo much more interesting than the intro courses).
