Hey, guys... those of you who's in math&econ major...
wut are you guys planning to do after undergrats? master degree??
or try to get a job first and work a couple years then master??
if so,, what kinda jobs can one possiblly get with undergrats/master?

Hey.
Math Econ @ UCLA here.
I dont want to settle down with a BS degree.
So most probably i willl work for a year or two, pay off my bills, and then hopefully, do my masters from the top 5. ( stanford ).
You will most likely land up with a job in Finance.

but from what i heard, it’s going to be a lot easier for you to get into the grat school at UCLA once you were already a undergrats there… but if you decides to work after undergrats then back to school for master, it’s gonna be tough to get back in, right??

I thought the percentage decreased if you tried to get into the same school that you went to get your undergraduate degree…?

Also, I would think the opposite. I mean, you would have experience in the field with the degree that you had, it would be more beneficial. I think that would give you an even greater opportunity.
