I signed up for the subject tests and was wondering whether it would be better to do Math I, Math II, and Physics, or Math II, Physics, and US History?

How different is Math I from Math II? Which one is harder??

I have the same question. My friend took the Math II and he said it was ridiculously hard (he’s much better than me at math), so I’m wondering if I should take Math I instead?

Math II is more “difficult”, but the topics covered in Math I and II are different. A lot of Math II is from precalculus, so if you are horrible at that then you would have to study quite a bit, and you may want to take Math I.
But then again, Math II is the preferred subject to take - most competitive colleges want it.

Anyways, to answer your question, take Math II, Physics, and US History. Taking both Math I and II is pointless since colleges only want one of either I or II.
