Math IIC Question

Hey guys - just wondering around how many questions I can get wrong and still get an 800?

I understand that the curves are different for each test, but I just want to know how much room I have to make stupid mistakes... or do I not have any room at all?

Thanks in advance, I appreciate it!

around 6 or 7

no, you can't get 6 or 7 wrong. You can leave ~5 blank and get 1-2 wrong.

It usually depends on the difficulty of the particular test but usually a raw score of 43/50 will fetch you an 800 (7 questions omitted or 6 wrong).

The best advice is guess on basically everything u dont know.
Here's how i look at it:
omit = -10
wrong = -12
The risk is worth the reward. Leave only the ones which you have absolutely no idea. So basically if you are sure that no matter what you guess, chances are it will be wrong.
If you have a feeling it could be one of the answers ur thinking of , then go for it. Do this for every question you guess on and your bound to get a couple right.
1 right covers up for 4 wrong. Remember that. So if u omit 5, guess C on all 5 and get 2 right you just made a lot of +points.
