<p>How often do conics appear on the test and in what form. Do I need to know any of these?</p>

<p>major/minor axis
eccentricity
latus rectum
focus
directrix
tranverse/conjagite axis</p>

<p>or any others???? I have heard about a conic program for calcs. What is that and where can I find how to program it into my calc?</p>

<p>there are always at least one or two questions on conics. You usually only deal with major and minor axis.</p>

<p>O.K good. I only know major and minor axis and disregarded the rest (I know focus as well). Do you know of any conic programs???</p>
