guy for the one with y = x^2 and y=4, im sure the answer was II and III because it said INTERIOR of the area meaning that the bolded line doesnt count right? which means that abs value of X is always less than 2 because highest u can go is 1.99999 but never hitting 2 since ur in the INTERIOR

It has to be II and III, because I know for a fact III worked, but III only was not an option. Thus, II had to be correct as well.

^ Depends on what interior means. Damn... I put "none". Whatever. I'm going to watch Stargate: Atlantis.

anybody know if that balloon question was on the experimental section or not ....i'm hoping....

also....what do u guys think the curve will be...seemed kind of difficult...be exactly like the jan curve i think

Me too, I put none.

balloon question was not experimental and yeah today's math was hard. The curve will probably be good.

bleh.
this math was waayyy harder than any practice test I've done. (including ones from Gruber's)

JDHarms, i didn't finish either. Well, technicially i "finished all that I knew" but didn't have time to think for the other 2, so ended up ommitting 2 Qs total.

what was the jan curve like?

My bad, I meant 2000 not 2400. Also, I am pretty sure it's None for the xy>0 thing.

i'm pretty sure it's not none for the xy > 0 thing. believe me, i sleep with math books.

Wow, that's good to hear. I thought the math was much easier than it normally is.

Lol it would have been funny if one of the grid-in answers was 2400.

Just so I can figure out which experimental section I had.

Did anyone else have the first question in one of the sections: If x-y=5, what is x when y=2? I almost laughed out loud at how easy that one was.. But I can't figure out which experimental one I had.

i put none for the xy>0 thing. but I re-worked it and now I think it's II&III..
boo :(

yeah, high, i had that and my experimental was in reading

OMFG, what were the two 48s?

Darn. So far I haven't found any problems I've had that were experimental. Is it possibly my experiment was not having an experimental?

(abc)^2 = 20 section i think was experimental.

Did someone have a problem that i swear was similar to an ACT problem in Feb about if a person randomly picking 21 marbles of 10 blue, 10 red, and 10 green, than what was the prob. of the 21 consisting of all the colors? i thought the answer was 1.

does CB steal questions from ACT?? just a thought.

I will be willing to pay $$$ to whoever tells me what the two 48s were...
