<p>Hiyaa. This question looks cumbersome but it's quite easy if you remember your triangle formula ^__^</p>
<p>Area of a Triangle = 1/2 b * h</p>
<p>You have the area of the Triangle which is 18
And a base of (this is kind of tricky to cook up with) 3k
And a height of 4 (6-2).</p>
<p>Thus,
18 = 1/2 * 3k * 4</p>
<p>18 = 3k * 2</p>
<p>18 = 6k
3 = k.</p>
