math2c required for UCs?

<p>my friends keep telling me it's required for UC admissions, but my senior friend who got into a bunch of UCs tells me you can take any two. then my other friend tells me its preferred or possibly required that you take math2c if you're on the honors math track at your school.</p>

<p>so what's the deal? I'm asking because even though I'm on the honors track, I really hate math and did badly on math sat1 (610), so i'm not really confident about the subject test.</p>

<p>I think you don't HAVE to but if you DO take a math SAT II they don't accept ic so you have to take iic.</p>

<p>They recommend math 2c if you're an engineering major on their site, but two subject tests are required.</p>

<p>if u take math u have to take math level 2. otherwise just put in ur best 2</p>
