I hope Trabia is right about the coral reef!!

RE: Tundra Q: I said that the roots couldn't form or something like that, but I also thought it might be the one about the certain type of soil that I can't remember, can anyone elaborate?

Edit: NVM. Answered previously. Turns out roots was right.

There was one about "humus", which is a type of soil I think, but I'm pretty sure it is the roots answer, since the soil is frozen and the roots can't grow.

(I think the answer choice for humus was that the humus zone was too large or something, which would be incorrect, since humus is what lets plants grow)

What do you think -5 will be, curve-wise, 770?
I have 3 confirmed wrong answers, and I'm sure I got more than that wrong so...

Yea 770 sounds about right, I'd bet on 740-750 for your score just to account for careless errors/unforseen mistakes

I have confirmed that I have missed five. People from years ago claimed they knew they missed 3-4 yet got 800. Is this still possible in my case?

3 were stupid careless mistakes!

is anyone aware of the answer to the question about the average size seeds and beaks of birds? i remember that two of the answer choices were stabilizing selection and directional selection

that's stabilizing selection

and there was this question about cheetahs
that i think was bottleneck effect

i think this was on the ecology section
but there was this graph
and you had to extrapolate the rate from the first 24 hours
and predict what it would be at 48 hours
was it 50000?

hey, for the one about the photosynthesis experiment with the graph of the wavelength and production of O2,

did you guys put violet as one of your answers?

violet was the answer

i said 50000 for the second question on the bacteria graph...im not sure about the first

wee more ppl who took e! it seems like not many ppl took e. yeah, i got those answers too. for the birds and beak size/seed size one, i was stuck between those two too. i put stabilizing...but i think that you can argue your way through both. CollegeBoard makes the wording so confusing! arg

sorry i'm so worried about this one e question: i have no idea what the spleen does. one person said that it destroys red blood cells. i think that that makes sense, but i put that it destroys cholesterol. i was stuck between those two. doesnt the liver also destroy red blood cells?

i said destroys cells

the e section acutally looked easier to me on this one but the graphs were still confusing as to what they wanted you to answer about

thanks. im a dumb turd. ok, anyway, yeah, the graphs were intimidating. i studied a lot - not really molecular in particular & i like e, so i didnt really study for it. the e questions didnt really pertain to ecology, i think, you? the m looked too wordy. i studied a lot of body systems, & thought that since they dont like to test about immune systems often, i thought that it would be a surprise this time (so i studied all the wrong stuff! like b cells & macrophages & antigens & all that junk.) arg

i took a while on the primary productivity chart thing. maybe i was overthinking it.

so im taking the test tomoro cause for certain religious groups we take it on sunday, got any tips for me how was it im reely nervous
Thnaks

neuromuscular juction- chemical or electrical signal?

^I had the same question, someone answered me with chemical. I would double check.

Edit: Oops, beat me.

neuromuscular junction: chemical (one of the only things i learned from pr, lol)

^ yes i got that one rofl i left the test hella depressed cuz of the damned eye questions and my crappy time-management but i think i might have done alright. I plan on retaking anyways unless i get an 800 (impossible).

^Really? So you would retake a 790?

I will retake if I don't get 750+. I know I missed at least 3, most likely 5 or 6.
I left the test angry and depressed as well and played very very loud music on the drive home.
