<p>its 26 because when you put all of the cars in order from lowest gas mileage to highest, there are 170 cars total which means the 85th car is the median. then it goes 40 cars with 25 and 50 cars with 26 which equals 90 cars. that means that the 85th car must have been in the set with 26 gas mileage. hopefully that made sense</p>
