Ya, I also put manufacturing and the salvation things

yeah @quenose. i put that too

the answer to the first one was heavier involvement in latin america. remember roosevelt collarary? and bay of pigs?

but the bay of pigs wasn’t until the 60’s, and the roosevelt corollary was in 1904

For the awakening one I put that it increased conversion and salvation, but I was torn Bren the predestination answer and that.

quenose, i’m not sure if we’re talking about the same question. the question was about what was similar in the 1950s and 1930s (regarding American foreign policy)
bay of pigs was JFK’s term and Roosevelt corollary was way back in 1900s

yea, manufacturing its not planters, its merchants

was the one with the ad for Buffalo Robes something about conservation of the enviroment or something liek that. choice A if i remember right

@jambafan38 I put immigration quotas but I wasn’t sure

Agreed (about ecological factors) @ eagles

What was the one about second great awakening effects?
stuck between woman’s rights and immigratino quotas

I put immigration quotas because I don’t remember those being established until the 1900s.

also anyone put down NRA?

yea same, thats what i put. i think buffalo robes was a

1730-60: Weakening of predestination doctrine
That’s for First Great Awakening

what was the answer choice regarding presdestination?

yeah, I put NRA.

@eaglesforlife, i put the same thing.

I put down NRA

@ intentionalerror: the 1920’s had sm nativist reactions. such as they tried limiting immigrants frm south and east europe

The answer to the immigration problem had to do with Africans…slave trade was closed by mid 1800’s. Plus, all the options = Europeans, the new immigrants.

quenose, i’m not sure if we’re talking about the same question. the question was about what was similar in the 1950s and 1930s (regarding American foreign policy)
bay of pigs was JFK’s term and Roosevelt corollary was way back in 1900s

haha nevermind then…
i answered that there was heavier involvement in latin america…
during the 30’s there was isolationism but i remember reading about FDR being involved in latin america. and also isolationism cant be correct for the 50’s cause we were in the korean war

Eisenhower question- something about roads (highway system?)

btw when are the results coming out?
