@ACTTester I think it was that African Americans knew how to (since South Carolina had a relationship with the West Indies)
@hheellpp Sorry, I do not remember that

@hheellpp: It was corporations and something else (possibly banks).

Anaserena, people like George Whitefield and Jonathan Edwards gave sermons on the Sabbath… so yeah, still Great Awakening. Don’t have to attempt to condescend me now…

what was the awnser to the question that said what produced the most revenue before 1900 or something…

it was railroads, right?

i dont remember some of the questions discussed either haha.

Could someone compile a list of questions, answers choices, and the right answer?
Most people are just scrambling to get their word in that it’s hard to decipher which message is addressed to whom

There was another somewhat tricky question. Where did most slaves in the 17th and 18th centuries get shipped to?

Why was the 4th Amendment passed?

Which was not included in amendments? Former male slaves to vote?

selfindugent

I though it was colonial town meetings because it said that they would miss the sabbath day to discuss problems.

can anyone give the answer choice for the one about growing rice in South Caroline? thanks

@iiBoGo I said railroads, for the revenue for the latter half of the 19th century.

And @Mastermind93, it was because of Britain’s writs of assistance.

@ActTester I put most slaves shipped went to brazil & the carribean

@Mastermind
I think it was because of the Writs of assistance… which let British to search colonists house without permission during colonial era… I may be wrong.

^ me too (slaves to brazil)
10 char

@Facedownclap, are we referring to the same question?
I’m talking about the question where a passage was quoted, and it talked about people getting very emotional during these sermons. And it asked what the movement was or whatever. It was Great Awakening.

i put most slaves in the 1600s and 1700s were shipped to brazil and the caribbean. not sure though.

14th amendment = WAS NOT the slave vote right? it was the other broader one … forgot exact answer

@smug that’s what i put too. it was too early for the colonies.

@mastermind
And suffrage for former slaves was 15th amendment… So the answer was prohibiting child labor, I think.

No, the right of former slaves to vote (15th Amendment) is a big one. It was child labor.

It was actually quaker meetings, and african slaves had knowledge of rice growing techniques, even before leaving africa.

^ Actually, child labor regulation was proposed as an amendment but never actually passed, I believe.
