How did you do? No cartoon questions but lots of quotation ones. So weird
Uuuuh it was my first and probably last time taking it but it was alright… I feel like I missed around 18 though so I’m not sure if you would consider that “alright”… I’m just glad it’s over though
I think I had at least some idea of what the answer was to every question, except one. I have no idea who Ida Wells is :-?
Does anyone know how forgiving the curve is? Is it worse in May because most people that took APUSH are taking it? I heard -11, but also -8 to get an 800.
@anxiouswreck it was lynching.
@anxiouswreck
The tests are pre-curved. It does not matter who takes them on the specific date.
That’s good to know.
Did you get the scores? I got 750. So happy. Done with this. yayy
@pmt1995 Congrats! With your two 800’s and this 750, you are indeed done with SAT subject tests! Hope others achieved the scores they were hoping for and can move onto to other aspects for the application and resume.
thank you. I still have ACT to take. It’s so stressful lol
I got a 780, honestly shook. My APUSH teacher was absolutely terrible but I did study a lot independently. I thought I was going to score in the low 600s for this test and felt better on APUSH than this test. Hopefully I can pull off a solid APUSH score considering this surprise, haha. Does anyone have any insight between the correlation of these scores and the APUSH scores?
I did not take the APUSH but I think the curve is more generous to get a 5
^It is not just a matter of a “curve”. The AP exam is not just multiple choice but you need to write. Different kind of skill.
I got 790. Pretty satisfied but I should’ve checked my answers. Oh well. Not taking it again because 10 points ain’t woth the money it costs.
I got an 800. I was pretty good at US history and I was only unsure of 2 or 3 questions.
Much different than the AP exam though, a lot more detail oriented.
