May 2011 - US History Post-Test Discussion

I’m a girl :slight_smile: and lol what was the answer?

Kameron, actually im pretty sure it was second half =</p>

I htought it said like 1890s or something and said railroads

I’m also pretty sure that the most radical change in the Nixon admin. was SALT 1 because it was a period of thaw in the Cold War.

it said “second half of the 19th century”

the answer was that in the treaty of paris, britain accepts the mississippi as america’s western border

most radical is visit to china(detente) previously the presidents hated communist china

Oh dang… :[
What would be the score for about -14? Totally forgot that new AP scoring does NOT work for sat. :frowning: I wanna cry now haha

^raw score of -14(76) is 770ish

Bah. Per that list I’m looking at like a 690/680.

14th amendment didn’t end slavery, it guaranteed equal protection under the law. 13th ended slavery

No, confused93… it would be like a 730.

I meant 750 ** Sorry I looked at the wrong column.

possible for -9 raw to still be 800?

yup thaman

The 13th amendment abolished slavery.

What was the answer to the question that was something like “Which of the following reflected cold war anxiety?” I put divorce.

btw- <a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools;

Which one wasn’t a slave rebellion?

I believe some of the choices were Bacon’s Rebellion, Pontiac’s Rebellion, possibly… Shay’s?
Don’t remember clearly.

@post21398
That one was on the AP test, not the subject test :p

@geekz64
Pontiac’s rebellion

post21, wait was there such a question? :open_mouth: was it anxiety during civil war because the answer was riots against the draft

And my bad about the 14th amendment! I caught that later haha

@post21398
That question was on the AP test, too much testing :stuck_out_tongue:
@geekz64
Pontiac’s Rebellion

Kent State protests were against the invasion of Cambodia. Unfortunately, I did not get that during the test. :frowning:

I don’t remember a Marshall Plan question on there. I might be confusing the APUSH MC, the practice SAT US History MC I took and this test, though.
