I put something about how the fiancee can infuence her. What did you say the tone of the passage was?

That was the only long passage I had trouble with... and the same question, about the fiance. I forget what I put though, if you remember the choices chances are I'll remember.

EDIT: ^^^ i put the same thing honeyhazel did, about how he can influence her

it was about how "does worrying about others' opinions reduce our clarity of thought?" or something along those lines. You? What did you talk about?

I would've KILLED for that question. AP Psych.. Asch's experiment...

Reposting because it got skipped

READING

Did anyone have the founding fathers passage? What was the answer to "what would the author of passage 1 say about why the books mentioned in passage 2 are so popular?" Was it reassured or entertained or something else?

some answers about the strict teacher

purpose was character sketch
verbal reproach was not needed
uh.. similar to military.

honeyhazel02,
i wrote about "No Exit"(a play by Sartre) and peer pressure. What about you?

Oh, charcater sketch was right? Awesome, I thought that was one of the harder ones.

why was it good for the students? (last question)

does anyone remember any captain bligh questions?- i lost focus that section

I had the honeyhazel/david/victor/zipcode test.

READING;
Tout/foolhardy?
Complaisant?

Victor,

I wrote about "To Kill A Mocking bird" (Atticus), Gandhi's non-violent freedom stuggle and how others didn't think it would work but he didn't get swayed, and a personal experience w. peer pressure. peer pressure was a good one. how long was yours?

petulant != complaissant (antonyms, but i figured it out after the test, shucks)

yea oxi i debated between that and teacher criticism... but it wasnt criticism because the end said it was good for the kids
it was good for the kids because they like the suboridination or something

for the teacher passage (mrs. dove i think) , why was it good for the students? (last question)

bethlikesun,

I was debating between aloof and complaisant. i think i went with aloof. does anyone else remember this question?

"does anyone remember any captain bligh questions?- i lost focus that section"

Yup..ask away

I filled the two pages completely, but my handwriting is somewhat large. I hope the readers won't mind. I can't print quickly.

I don't remember the question, but I went with aloof.

It was good for the students because... I think it was Choice E. Don't remember how it was worded.

uhm hm..

why was he satisfied in the first paragraph and what was the tone

and i put the answer to why it was good for the students with the answer that had suborddinate in it( i think E?)
