yes it is y/x think of 2 and 3, multiply them you get 6(x), add them you get 5(y), 1/2 + 1/3 = 5/6 which is y/x
@FreeSoftware yes it is 0 if all the numbers are between 1 and 10, then the x and y coordinates must be postive, the possiblity of being in the 2nd quad is 0</p>
