MBA admissions (engineering undergrad)

I am currently an engineering undergrad in a top 5 program. My cumulative GPA at graduation is going to be roughly a 3.1, with my major being around a 3.55(maybe higher). I realize the biggest thing for MBA programs is work experience, and i dont plan on going to get an MBA for a few years. My question is how bad will my gpa look when applying to grad schools for an MBA? I realize they consider your major when looking at gpa, but do they also consider your programs rank? For instance a top 5 program is most likely going to be much more competitive than a top 50 program.
