MBA or JD?

<p>I know this might be a little biased, since most of you are incoming, current, or former business majors, but I'll give it a shot anyways:</p>

<p>I'm a Junior in HS right now, and my plan is to major in accounting and work as a CPA for a few years before going to a grad program. I had originally been set on getting an MBA and going to corp finance, but recently I have gained enormous interest in politics. Would a JD or MBA (along with CPA) be adequate for either of these fields?</p>
