<p>I am trying to decide between MCAD (Minneapolis College of Art and Design) and KCAI (Kansas City Art Institute). I've already gotten into both places, got a merit scholarship for KCAI, LOVE both schools very much, but still am not sure. My major would be Filmmaking/Media Arts. I know there are better schools out there for film, but I'm stuck in the midwest right now and can't go out east.</p>
<p>Does anyone have any insight on the film programs at both of these schools? My primary concern is that KCAI focuses on just DIGITAL filmmaking, while MCAD offers digital and traditional film. I am not sure if I really need to focus on digital or get some knowledge in film...because the film industries are changing so rapidly towards digital.</p>
