MCAT score help

This probably isn't the right place for this question but my friend got her recent MCAT scores and she's upset because they're low. She took it four times but her oldest score has expired and her results are: 29,31,31,28

She is graduating from Tufts Biomedical Sciences Program with a 3.2 GPA, and she has good work experience/ECs? (This GPA may seem low, but it's an improvement from her 2.7 GPA in difficult courses for UPenn Bioengineering undergrad)

Will Colleges look at her latest MCAT score, highest MCAT score, highest composite? How much of a negative is it if her score dropped.

anyone??? sorry if this was the wrong thread to post in

her latest.

You should suggest that she apply to DO programs instead of MD programs, because there will be almost a 0% chance she can get in with a 3.2/28.

They’ll look at them all, and when they see she’s taken it 4 times, that’ll send up major red flags. Combine that with a 3.2 GPA, and she has almost no chance of successful application to an American allopathic school.

Well I don’t know if it makes a difference, but she only decided to take it four times because her first attempt expired, and her second and third were from 2008. This doesn’t negate the fact that her latest score is low, but does it make a difference?
