<p>If not is MCB 102 with IB 131/131L okay? Or would MCB 102 with PH 142 be better?</p>
<p>I’ve heard 131l is pretty tough/intense. 131 lecture itself is pretty simple. Carlson just has a beastly amount of slides.</p>

<p>i’ve also heard that 131L is pretty hard. As for ph142, unless you’re a declared PH major it’ll be really hard to get in. I’ve heard some people got kicked out to make room for PH majors</p>
<p>^^ nike: can we phase 2 PH 142 as a declared ph major (plus senior status and doubling) and still expect to get in? i’d like to use my phase 1 appt for other classes… my phase 2 is 7/15 9:40am</p>
