<p>How important is class rank when they decide who gets into McCombs? I'm number one, so will that have a big effect in the decision making process?</p>
<p>Class rank is a big factor for admission purposes for the Business School. While they do look at your entire application, and make sure your test scores are up to standards and that you attempted to be involved in your school and in your community, being at the top of your class gives you the best chances. Top 1% kids usually get in with ease, assuming the other parts of their application were at least average.</p>
