In order to be competitive for UCL and McGill, you need to take A LOT of AP courses… I took 7 as of my junior year and received 5s on all of them and still might not get into UCL. It’s all very competitive. Your next year classes won’t really matter as the deadline is early in your senior year, so you obviously won’t be able to submit your senior AP classes. McGill has a minimum ACT while UCL has a minimum SAT. If you can get 2100+, you’ll be competitive for all 3 of the colleges you’ve listed, but McGill and British schools do not care that much about EC’s, they look almost purely at stats, while Georgetown looks deep into community service and EC’s. You’ll be fine for NYU CAS as long as you get a 2050+ I’d say, but for the others I recommend a 2100+ or a 32+, just because of the amount of qualified applicants to those schools.
Hope this helps!

St. Andrews is a bit less competitive for Americans if you’re willing to pay the bill. They’re looking for some internationals to pay full tuition (which is still cheaper than full tuition at NYU), but if you’re applying for financial aid, I’m not sure what the prospects would be. Andrew’s is still a prestigious British Uni behind Oxbridge, UCL and LSE, so there’s still some pretty stiff competition. It’s worth a try! It’s the same price for 1 British school than 5, so might as well send it everywhere. I did Oxford, LSE, and UCL. Wasn’t surprised when Oxford and LSE said no, as I applied as Economics, which LSE is notoriously low at around 6% acceptance and Oxford is about the same for Internationals in Econ. That’s another note. It all depends on the major… Archaeology is UCL’s specialty and therefore perhaps a bit more competitive than some other majors. What do you want to major in?

What’s true for UCL is true for St. Andrew’s. They’re both non-Oxbridge, Russell Group Us (Oxford and Cambridge are like trying to get into HYPS, minus the ECs).

NYU: Low match at 2100+/31+

Georgetown: Get 33+/2200+ and Georgetown is no longer a reach

McGill: Depends on the planned major. If you want to apply to a major under the Arts Faculty jurisdiction, you should be looking at 29+ on the ACT, each subscore 27+ (or 670+ in each SAT subscore) while BiomedE requires 31+ (aim for 33+ if you want to attend McGill for BiomedE, ChemE or MechE)

McGill anthropology (Arts): 29+ (27+ on each subscore) on the ACT/2010+ (670+ on each subscore) on the SAT
McGill international management (Desautels management): 31+ (28+ on each subscore) on the ACT/2070+ (680+ on each subscore) on the SAT
