McGraw-Hill Literature SAT subject book??

Hey guys! I was just hoping if some of you have used any version of it. How did the practice tests compare to the real subject test? Are they accurate?

bummmmmmmpppppppppppppppppp

They’re not accurate, but it’s not completely terrible.

@marvin100‌ are the tests harder or easier than the real thing?

Well, neither, but kinda harder–because the tests aren’t very well written/edited/tested, they have a little more ambiguity and many more slightly problematic questions and answers. In my experience, when students do a bunch of synthetic lit tests, they find the real test refreshingly well made and logical. That doesn’t mean they end up with better scores, of course, but it does make it “easier” in a sense.

Just do all the Kaplan, Barron, and Princeton tests. Any prep book tests you can get your hands on. Practice works best.

In my opinion, Barron isn’t the best for SAT Subjects. I like Kaplan the best, with Princeton as a close second.

McGraw-Hill is better than PR and Barron’s, imo.
