<p>I currently go to a public college in Virginia, where I will be a sophomore this fall. I was thinking about applying for transfer to UVa's McIntire School of Commerce for my junior year. Is there any option so that if I apply to McIntire and don't get in, I will still be accepted to UVa's regular college (Arts and Sciences)? Does their transfer admissions work like that, or can I only choose one between Arts and Sciences and McIntire?</p>
<p>This used to be the case, but they’ve been phasing it out. You will only be considered for McIntire if you apply to McIntire.</p>
