McIntire (UVA) vs McDonough (Georgetown)

I have recently been accepted as an incoming junior at both McIntire (UVA) and McDonough (Georgetown). However, I am not sure which one to attend.

I plan to major in Finance and IT, but I am not interested in investment banking.

Tuition-wise, G-town is about $60,000 more than UVA in total. Is G-town's prestige so great that this extra money be worth it?

I would like to hear your inputs on this.

Thanks for all the help!

UVa has a much better business school than Gtown (it’s brand new and not known), so it’s an easy choice IMO

McIntire is better than McDonough and it’s cheaper. Should be a no-brainer here.

Thanks! Any other inputs?

Shouldn’t even be a question.

UVA and Georgetown are equally prestigious, but McIntire is superior to McDonough (in both finance and tech). It’s also 60k cheaper.

In 2 (or 3) words: UVA no-brainer.
