Also I have a custom die cut sticker company, where I make custom stickers for mainly large ski companies. I don't have a website established yet with that.

I sent a general reply to everyone, but here is the specific one:

1MX: The "labeled car" is the best advertising besides the local yellowpages and online yellowpages that I have. I decided to have it wrapped when the local sign makeing company suggested it. It is just a vinal wrap (a big sticker). Because of it, The local newspaper did a ! FRONT PAGE ! news article about me and my company! It was the coolest thing! My business increased 2-fold because of it. Are you a past reciepient?

mattyb: the apparel company is cool! how did you get the ski shops to stock your products? do you have a manufacturing facility or do you just make these out of your own home? The stickers are cool too. do you print the stickers or just die-cut existing ones that another company prints?

compmed07: Thanks! I actually have 3 factories that manufacturer my products(one for beanies, one for gloves, and one for fitted hats). Either stores contact me asking to sell within their store, or I have sales reps and distribution companies work for me to establish wholesale accounts. I will have a lot more stores for the 2008-09 season, but most of my sales are off my website, and I have shipped orders to out to over 25 countries in the world.

mattyb: Thats cool! So do you just drop ship your products? If you dont mind, What are your sales figures in any given month? I have no clue about the clothing and accessories' field. We are a Dell dealer, as well as we repair various brands and types of computers.

I just got a call from McKelvey yesterday saying they made a "gross error" on applications and that five more people will be getting scholarships. She said she'd ship the packet ASAP, and I called Fedex to hear an overnight letter is on my way. :)

I was declined earlier, but now in fact I will be receiving the scholarship. This is awesome news! Can't wait to see everyone in St. Louis.
