<p>have all the award letters been mailed out yet? i checked online and under the award section it said "offered/ not accepted." i never received a letter in the mail though and am wondering if it's too late to accept the award now?</p>
<p>Sorry to say I’m really in the dark about all this – my son got notification of being semifinalist in the arts, and I don’t really know what that means. But it never, never hurts to ask someone at the MHEC. Better than wondering!!</p>

<p>You may call them to verify if you are a semi-finalist and have not received anything from them yet.
The criteria to get the scholarship is you need to register the MD college</p>
<p>Not too late to accept. In face I accepted mine about a month into my freshman year. Just print out the page, make the corrections, and fax/mail it in.</p>
