how do we pay for our meal plan? along with the penn monthly budget plan, if we choose it? or online when we sign up for a plan?

anothe question along the same line. what about the housing payment? is that paid separately from the actual academic tuition?

you get one bill. your choice of payment method, but one bill with everything on it.

does anyone know anything about the student health insurance and how we pay for that? in our penn monthly budget plan too?

dude, all this stuff is online if you look for it...

but anyhow, the penn student insurance plan is only for those who have no insurance coverage through their parents; if you require this plan, then it will be charged to your bill just like any other charge, which you may or may not pay monthly (again, your choice).

sorry about so many questions. but what are included in the the fall/spring-term bills? do they include bills not related to tuition, housing, meals, telephone, etc.?

um, it's whatever charges you incur; for example, if you take a class with a lab fee, that fee will be on the bill. if you decide to change rooms at a swap period, the difference in rent will be on the bill. if you get fined for some reason, it'll be on the bill... don't worry about the precise details of what's on it, just know that there is one single bill for every official university expense you'll possibly have.

I heard that you can use your meals to buy express-to-go items... how many "meal" points do these items usually require and what type of items do people normally get? Can you name any specific items that are sold? Does this option make it worth it to get more meals?

where and when do you actually sign up for the payment plan?
