meal plan

i know that people who live in apartments have partial meal plans, but is that because they can;t get full meal plans? or most people just take advantage of the kitchen and not get a full meal plan instead? so if you are terrible at cooking getting a real meal plan might be a good idea?

I think it is a lot cheaper if you buy your own food. The meal plan was really expensive and after a while it got really old with the same food. I personally like that you can cook whatever you want at whatever time. It is not like you have to go through the dining hall hours. I think the ease of your own food beats out the meal plan. A partial meal plan could be worth it if you don't like to cook and can afford the extra payment and you want to eat balanced...lol

Yeah i got partial because I didn't want to eat EVK stuff all the time. And for the dining dollars I can just stick in discresh so... I did get the 25 plan (i might have to renew it) incase i get lazy (and i probably will) but i think the meal plan's kinda ridiculously expensive, 10 dollars a meal or so? I would rather eat some other stuff than EVK stuff for that price every day...(and alot of people had 50+ meals left over by the end of the semester)

Is the Community 25 (or 50) Plan renewable? I was under the assumption that it wasn't, but perhaps someone could shed some light on this.

the site says it is. you just buy the plan again at any point during the semester for the same price again

Thanks, makkuroi! That's just for future reference. I'm actually getting the Cardinal Meal Plan... again, haha.
