Hi,

So first a little background on me:

I am a pre-med student right now who doesn't like it and am looking to transfer into engineering and then getting an MBA. First off, let me say that yes, business is my first passion, and sciences are second, but I do not want to get a business degree for undergrad at least because I feel like it won't be of much use since I'm getting an MBA anyways, and, even though I want to be a businessman, I'd like to do so in a science/engineering related field, so I'm thinking an engineering degree will be useful/interesting for me. I initially thought that I still wanted to be in the health-industry even if it's not as a doctor, so I looked at chem E. The thing is, I think I also might be looking at getting into the aerospace industry, for which mechanical engineering is a great major for. Also, since ME is so broad, I figure there are a lot more industries for which the major is applicable, which may or may not help me move up.

So my questions are:
1. can I still get into medical devices industry at least with a ME degree? I'm sure they have moving parts, which will involve ME, but I want to make sure?
2. Is mechanical engineering any easier than chemical engineering in terms of course difficulty? I need to keep a high GPA for MBA schools, so if it's easier, that might be another plus for me.
3. Like I said, business is my first passion, so is there any other engineering field that might be better (besides IE and EE...IE because my school doesn't have it, EE because my GPA would be stomped by it)?

thanks in advance
