I heard that getting in a med school is really hard for intls because they likely to accept us citizens and getting scholarships/grants from med school is even harder. Is that true?

not quite sure but that's what ppl say

Scholarships/grants for med school are rare, for citizens and internationals alike.

It also makes sense that med schools would accept a citizen over an international student; an international student is more likely to leave and return to his/her home country to practice medicine. Citizens of the country would be more likely to stay, and practice in that country.
