<p>Hi everyone! I thought I'd start a thread where applicants who are looking into/pursuing the Media Fellowship Program could post and get to know each others areas of interests, experience, and things like that! My focus is broadcast journalism.</p>
<p>Also, does anyone know the deadline for this scholarship application? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've already been accepted EA, and my application for this program is 99% complete, I was just wondering what the deadline was for submission.</p>
<p>My S also got in EA and applied for the Media Fellows Program. He was told the deadline was 12/15. Yes you are correct, the deadline is not posted anywhere. He had troble submitting about a month ago and when he emailed them to tell him he was having difficlty they told him the deadline was 12/15. Hope you can stil get it in. I would call them.</p>
<p>My S is waiting for word from HPU about his EA app. We live in Maryland. Does the school also notify by email? He did receive a slick pamphlet and letter from the School of Business extolling its virtues and a form letter stating the HP hopes my S takes advantage of the opportunities of the business program and HPU.</p>

<p>Thanks, dogsrthebest. The decisions are not online. They are mailed out. Still no word, but I heard my S will receive notification by Friday.</p>
<p>@2snowbabies…yes the decisions are online. I am looking at my S decision online as we speak. I also know of a few other people who found out there decision online. You have to log into your application and it is on the page where it tells you what they have received or not. If there is no decision there then maybe you don’t have a decision yet?</p>
<p>His counselor sd the decision was made last Friday. They had to wait to set up his user id first. The letter was mailed out 12-16 should arrive today in Ohio and he got an email stating welcome to the High Point family this morning.</p>

<p>Finally heard. S is in at High Point, but also go into two others he really wanted. Will come down to second visits and financial aid/athletic/academic scholarship.</p>
