Any information about how well were Williams graduates placed in theier medical school admission in recent years? The percentages get into medical school? and which medical schools most of the Williams graduates applied and accepted?

Williams is the no 1 feeder school to law, medical and business schools amongst liberal arts colleges and the no 5 feeder school overall (after Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Stanford).

Any detail stats for the actual medical school placement? I could not find one from Williams view book. Generally speaking how is the Molecular biology program at the Williams? I understand Econ is very strong at Williams, how about the real science programs?

umm...i think i read somewhere in the viewbook that the placement rate is more than 90%. I will look for it ok?

If you want recent stats, I would e-mail Williams' pre-med advisor. Here's his e-mail address, charles.h.stevenson@williams.edu Ask him anything; it is his job is to know everything you might need to know as a pre-med at Williams and keep track of how well Williams alumn fare in med school and in the medical profession.

The stats are meaningless. If you are a successful Williams pre-med student, you'll be successful in med school admissions. Whether the percentage is 92% or 88% or how the percentage is calculated really doesn't add anything to the picture, if Williams is the right overall fit for you.

Med schools don't say, "hey, we took 2 Williams grads last year, so we have to take 2 this year, or every year". It's not a math equation.

All of the very top LACs have unbelievable pre-med placement records over a very long period time.
