Medicine or Business? Please read :) !

Hi, I'm a freshman in high school right now and before I start, I am really upset because my counselors seem to not take me seriously when I'm fully committed to my search now because I don't want to be overwhelmed with this sort of thing in the next 2 years. This is so because I go to an under performing school, so the counselors aren't really use to trusting the words of students'.

I've been doing college/career research of all kinds since Spring of '10. I've narrowed down my career choices down to two fields :

Medicine : Want to help improve other people's lives, having the satisfaction that I changed one's life for the better at the end of the day, rewarding, ever-changing day (never doing the same thing day-to-day), and it's always been an intriguing field ever since my uncle took me to work on Career Day. (He was a surgeon.)

Business : Fast-paced industry, my day never going to be the same as the day before, rewarding, learning about the economy and money, interesting field I would like to go in-depth with.

My ideal job is everything stated both in Medicine & Business, in addition to:
To have a stable job with high job security
High enough income to have financial stability, own a home, and an average car, travel
Support my parents when they retire

I, also need help choosing schools.. I can't seem to find a school that matches what I want in a school, academically and socially.

I want a school that is :
Career-oriented
Work Hard, Play Hard philosophy enforced
Known for rigorous academics, plethora of internships, and excellent job placement
In a great location

Thank you for your time, everyone. I really appreciate it!

We can’t propose matches until we know more about you. Grades, scores, home state, how much your family can afford…

Ugh, I knew there was some things I forgot to mention - I apologize for that.

Grades: Well, I had a rough start in high school due to some health issues (depression), so the first semester I had an overall GPA of 3.3 weighted & 3.1 unweighted. May I remind you I’m a freshman, so I don’t really have any grades or test scores yet.

Home state: California

Family income: Well, there’s only my dad and I ; he makes about 40k before taxes (I think, but it’s an estimate)
