Other stuff: National Merit Finalist, speak 3.5 languages (including english, I don't think it's really relevant here but whatever,) came to US seven (?) eight years ago. High school ok, west coast public, underfunded though... people rarely make Ivy, though the Grads this year have been lucky so far. Was not brave enough to bribe admission officers with cookies (sadly,) interview went ok/bad... MIT's lasted for hours... I started chatting with her & forgot the time... AHHHH

BUmP... c'mon guys, desperation here

ummm harvard is a bit of a reach, and i think MIT wants more math-related awards/scores, but the rest are pretty much in...a more than good chance at columbia. NYU is in. good-luck

GPA: 3.8 (ouch)

... wth?

NYU: match
JHU: match

The rest are possible, but I doubt Harvard.

How can you speak '3.5' languages? One can speak a language fluently, one can speak some of a language... but gauging your fluency in decimals? All right...

yea, speaking half a language is odd

id say you stand a chance, but harvard is definately still a reach

Bump... The "0.5" language is a dialect, so I really can't count it... but it looks cool :)

Bump... geez guys, A little more love here... COmmEnt, I don't care good or bad!

Bumppppppp
