Meep. Some help please?

Meep. >.< I was wondering what my chances were of attending these schools, and what I should do to perhaps increase my chances:

UCLA
UCSanDiego
USC
UCIrvine
University of Pennsylvania
Cornell

I'm in the IB/AP program at my high school, but my GPA isn't so great: 3.67 unweighted.

Sophomore year:
AP European History (4 on AP )
Psychology during the summer at community college B

Junior year:
AP Biology
Spanish 3 IB
English 3 IB
Economics IB SL
U.S. History IB SL
AP Calculus AB

Senior year:
IB Biology HL
Spanish 4 IB SL
English 4 IB HL
AP Calculus BC/ Math HL
Civics
possible Anatomy and Physiology or Japanese 1 at community college

I took SAT twice, in January and March in junior year. I'm planning on retaking the SAT again during the fall, and I'm aiming for a 2200+.
January: 2050
March: 2090

I did take SAT IIs, three in sophomore year (which I did horribly on) and once in Junior year. I'm definitely retaking Math IIC and Bio again during the fall of senior year.

World History 570

Junior year:

I'm worried about my EC's because they don't seem as impressive as what other students accomplish during high school, but I really love what I do.

Help please? ^^;

bump bump bump? ^^;

Are you a California resident?

Yup. Why do you ask? ^^

UC is easier to get into in-state.

UCLA is probably a slight reach/reach, i think the other CA schools are matches.
Cornell- slight reach
UPenn- reach

UC's are 50x easier to get into in state lol. You definitely need to boost those SAT 2 scores. Or maybe you can try taking the ACT, most people think its easier and if you turn that in you don't have to retake those horrible SAT2 scores.

UCLA - Reach
UCSanDiego - High Match
USC - Reach
UCIrvine - High Match
University of Pennsylvania - Reach
Cornell - Reach

If your scores go up my preds might change.

You still have to take the SAT 2s for the UC schools, I believe.
