<p>It says that students under the age of 18 must mail a paper version. Even though I submitted it through solar, should I go ahead and mail the paper version as well?</p>

<p>How do you fill it out on Solar?</p>
<p>I have a hold for “Health Services Grace Period”… and I received a letter in the mail saying I need to obtain my records from my current school/doctor and mail it in.</p>
<p>You can mail the health records and the form in, or bring it with you to orientation in the summer. You have to have the form signed by your doctor so you can’t fill it out on Solar.</p>
