Can I get into an Ivy?

The 44 TJ was in sophomore year. Consistently 42 +.
Also run 4 x 200 at around a 22.5

Maybe, assuming progress in junior season. Most boys improve quite a bit. 46+, 21+, and low or sub 22 OPEN 200 would probably get interest. Others here will have more jump specific knowledge and of course contacting the coaches is always best. If you have good speed it’d be advantageous to get open marks in the 1 and 2 and at least a relay split in the 4. A jumper with scoring potential in the jumps and the ability to contribute to either or both relays would excite most coaches. But they aren’t going to trust a 4x2 relay split.

There are considerably fewer TJers than LJers and 200 meter runners. If you can show improvement in the TJ or some steady performances in the 44+ range that may help your chances. There is no harm in contacting some of the Ivy jumps coaches now and get on their radar by asking if they could recommend a good jumps camp for you to attend to work on your technique.

Thanks. Good advice.

The Ivies publish T&F recruiting standards and walk on standards on the athletic pages.
