Mention financial need in the transfer essay?

I am currently at a top 20 school. The only reason I am applying for a transfer is financial aid (I am not getting any at my school).

On one hand, I was planning to write about this in my essay, since I do not know what else to write - I am doing well academically, my school has the program I am looking for, so aside from the money situation, I am perfectly happy. On the other hand, I am afraid that if I write about financial need, I will get rejected. Please help me out. Thanks.

and the most recent page in the Transfer Admissions 101 also has a comment.

from personal advice I did put in my essay about my financial aid. I did not entirely emphasize my reasoning but suggested it as another factor in transferring out of school. Some schools are not need-blind and will not take transfers that need substantial funding(ex. Brown)
