Merit Aid Schools for a not-quite Ivy candidate?

I was wondering what schools I could get some good merit aid at (maybe through honors or something). Well I am a Texas senior (at a public school which is alright at the top but terrible at the botton). I got a 1430/2180 Sat (670r,760m,750w) and a 32 act, 31/617 in my class (3.98 gpa), 99.3 wghtd avg. 95.1 uw avg., member of two or three clubs (debate,YReps,NHS), member of math honors society, qualified for regionals in academic comp., 30 hours comm.service, 2 years subvrs. basketball before getting a 16 hours a week job and working for a year, Nm commended, rigorous schedule 7aps this year, all honors + 4aps first 3 years.I am applying for elec.eng. and aeroeng. I was looking into Bama and NYU poly for merit money already..

U Rochester has a net price calculator on its admission’s website. If you fill out the financial portion, then click submit, you’ll get a link to a merit aid estimator.

I tried it using my D2’s stats and the estimator was pretty much on the nose for how much she actually received.
