If u are a US citizen, then u are a DOMESTIC applicant, not an int’l one. This opens the door for financial aid eligibilty for you at many colleges.
10k/yr isn’t enough to cover room & board. If your parent can only afford 10k/year, then perhaps you might qualify for more FA than u think u do.
