Miami U vs GMU

<p>I have got two offers from Miami U (Ohio) and George Mason U in computer science, Miami U for master while GMU for PhD. I am a little confused about making the choice. I know the program of computer science in GMU is better, but I don't how much better it is. If Miami U's computer science program is not too much inferior to GMU's, I think it might be possible for me to apply for even better computer science PhD programs upon my graduation from Miami U. Could anyone offer me some advice regarding my situation? Thank you.</p>
