Hey guys. I got deferred from the university of Michigan from the early action round and recently I got an email saying that they wanted to interview me. I have a few questions about the process. At my school, and most other schools in my area, people who got an interview during early action got into u of m. Is this the same with regular/deferred applicants? Also, how long will it take for my interviewer to contact me? A couple of weeks? A month?
Back in my day, there were no interviews the admissions process. I am not sure what this is about. Was it the Office of Undergraduate Admissions informing you of such?
I did one and got in, so definitely do it. My interviewer contacted me within a few weeks and actually sent a list of questions he wanted to ask me, which made it easy to prepare. Good luck
