<p>I want to do ChemE and money is not an issue. What are your opinions of their programs? What benefits and disadvantages? Which would you choose and why?</p>
<p>Both are good universities, but Michigan is generally considered stronger in Engineering. If you like both schools equally, go for Michigan. On the other hand, if you really prefer USC’s campus/suroundings, choosing USC is perfectly ok.</p>
